POLICIES


Price - Prices listed are starting prices and will change depending on the length and density of hair. Prices listed on website are subject to change.

Scheduling - We want to accommodate all of our clients in the most comfortable way possible. With that in mind, we recommend that you book your appointments 3 (three) weeks in advance. We also suggest standing appointments for routine visits like root touch ups and hair cuts.

Check in Procedure - We encourage you to arrive fifteen minutes prior to your service so that you can change into a robe, and relax with a beverage or a snack in our waiting area. This will ensure your appointment starts and ends on time.

Cancellations and Late Arrivals - We know that sometimes being late or canceling an appointment is unavoidable. We request 48hr notice, due to our cancellation policy, if you need to reschedule and as much notice as possible if running late. Please note that being late may change the amount of time we have available to spend with you. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule. See Cancellation Policy.

Product Returns - We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on products purchased at Bloom on Willow. If you are unsatisfied with your product, bring it back to the salon for an exchange or a refund.

For Your Protection We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing and accessories. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment. We ask that you change into a smock to protect your clothing and please be mindful of your handbag, mobile phone, and other personal accessories to keep your items protected from color etc.

Color Correction - A consultation is required for all Color Correction appointments. There is a $25 charge for all consultations.

Hair Extensions - A consultation is required for all Hair Extension appointments. There is a $25 charge for all consultations. Please note: There is a 50% deposit required on all Hair Extension services.

Payment - We accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash. Gratuity is not included in the service price and can be paid with credit card, check, or cash.

Service Satisfaction- We stand by our work and if not 100% satisfied with your results, when recommended products are used as directed, then contact us within 7 days of your service and your stylist will rectify the situation to your satisfaction. Please note if you go to another salon for a correction, we are no longer responsible for the result. Services will only be guaranteed when recommended products are purchased at Bloom on Willow Salon and used in post care.
