A lifelong and incredibly hard working entrepreneur, Antonietta has twenty plus years of experience in the hair industry. Her resume includes training’s with top brands at top schools and, although she is too humble to mention it, she has received awards and accolades throughout her career.  Antonietta, known affectionately as Ant to her friends and clients,  grew up working in her family’s restaurant alongside her parents and older sisters. She opened Bloom on Willow to create an environment full of women she admires and to provide a positive environment for them to grow their careers. 

Antonietta is a Master Colorist and Master Stylist. She is known for her top-tier cuts - short, long, shaven or shag, she knows just how to tame any mane that sits in her chair. A true visionary, she is always pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of what it takes to create a truly exceptional salon experience, she is always coming up with new ideas to enhance her business. Whether it's introducing the latest cutting-edge treatments or implementing new technologies to improve our services, she is constantly striving to give clients and her team the very best.Her deep love for her team has turned her into an amazing mentor - always taking the time to guide and inspire them to bloom into their full potential.Her natural talent is well balanced with her welcoming, easy going approach to life and style. When she is not working, Ant can be found spending time with her family and her dogs.

Giovanna has a passion for color and confidently explores her talent to bring it to the next level. Known for her blonde creations, her style is natural but not timid, bold and always on trend. The result, whether it is blonde, red, bronde or brunette, is a polished, modern, feminine look. Giovanna loves creating unique formulas for her clients that give their hair that extra somethin’ somethin’. She takes great pride in her work and loves working as a team with her closest friends and family. Traveling the world and spending time with her son, Vincenzo, fuel Giovanna’s creativity. Making people feel their best motivates her to keep learning and growing in her field.

Ricki Krause

Ricki is a sweet mix of talent and passion. She is dedicated to her craft and committed to learning new techniques to serve her clients. With an eye for color, her style is modern, soft, and natural with a pop of drama that adds dimension to her hair. Seamlessly blended blondes, colors and cuts are all she knows. Ricki enjoys being able to express her creativity in a way that makes people feel beautiful. Her commitment to her clients is bold - working tirelessly to ensure her clients leave her chair looking and feeling their best.  When she is not working, you can always find Ricki with her newest book obsession and spending time with her pup, Jagger, and family.

The voice behind it all - our salon manager Alexandra. She is our behind the scenes girl, making sure our days at Bloom run smoothly. Her vivacious personality, kindness and intelligence make her an integral part of our team. Connecting with our clients, regular or new, on a daily basis is an experience that drives her to create the most welcoming and comfortable environment she can. Alexandra is our Ambassador for our product line, Kerastase. Making sure she is up to date with everything Kerastase, she is always eager to share her knowledge with our team and clients. Our social media and online presence is a direct reflection of Alexandra’s dedication to excellence. She works hard to curate up-to-date, engaging content that showcases our team's work and highlights the uniqueness of Bloom on Willow - the perfect way for our clients to stay connected with us.

Junior Stylist

Mawi is a junior stylist at Bloom. She joined our team in 2021 and has earned herself the title of our golden child. Mawi is extremely detail-oriented with her work, her keen sense of observation is unmatched. An extremely quick learner, she takes the time to understand her clients hair needs and customizes her approach to ensure her guests are well taken care of and leave feeling confident and happy. Mawi’s ambience is eminently calm and relaxing - her phenomenal shampoos are the talk of the salon. Her clients always feel refreshed and rejuvenated making for the perfect self-care. When Mawi is not at Bloom, she loves fishing and spending time with her boys.

Katie joined our team in 2022, and has kept us all smiling ever since. Now a junior stylist, Katie comes to work giving every client an experience - making them feel beautiful and new, surrounding them with good energy and conversation. Her commitment to her clients goes beyond just hair. Katie truly cares about the people she works with, and takes the time to build meaningful connections with everyone. Her determination and drive reflects just how passionate she is about her craft and becoming the best stylist she can be. Katie loves nothing more than her fur-baby Pippa (a.k.a hers).

A junior stylist, she is a ray of sunshine and is always ready to dive right into whatever is thrown her way with the most excitement and avidity. Her ambition for her craft is contagious. She loves creating natural lived in and dimensional looks, making her clients look and feel like the best version of themselves. Bridget loves meeting new people and creating connections with her guests that last. When Bridget is not working, you can find her outside enjoying nature with all her pets.
