C A N C E L L A T I O N P O L I C Y


Your appointments are very important to Bloom On Willow, they are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least forty-eight (48) hours notice for cancelled and rescheduled appointments.

STRICT AND ENFORCED 48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!

Please know that when you forget about, cancel or reschedule your appointment without giving enough notice, our clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed seventy-two  (72) hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation/reschedule fee will apply. We will be asking for a credit card to be on file.

PLEASE NOTE:

- Cancellations and rescheduled appointments with less than forty-eight (48) hour notice will result in a charge equal to fifty percent (50%) of the reserved service amount.

 - “NO SHOWS” will be charged one-hundred percent (100%) of the reserved service amount. 

- Any appointments made within forty-eight (48) hours of scheduled services that need to be canceled/rescheduled must be canceled/rescheduled within four (4)  hours of the appointment time or will result in a charge equal to fifty percent (50%)  of the reserved service amount.

- Cancellations/reschedulings of multiple, same-day services, with less than forty-eight (48) hour notice, will be charged one-hundred percent (100%) of the reserved service amount(s). 

- As our stylist’s time is very valuable to their schedules and their clients for the day, we allow a fifteen (15) minute grace period for our clients to arrive after the scheduled appointment time, before the appointment is treated as a no-show. If you feel/know you will be arriving to your appointment past the scheduled time, we do require a phone call to let us know. Depending on your scheduled appointment, we may or may not ask you to reschedule. If we do need to reschedule, the appointment will be treated as a rescheduled appointment, and fifty (50%) percent of the reserved service amount will be charged. 


The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our waitlist of any availability, as well as keep our schedule filled, thus better serving everyone.

WAIVER:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  

When booking your appointment with Bloom on Willow, we will ask you to place a valid credit card on file with us, if you don’t already have such on file. We will also ask you to sign our online waiver attached to our cancellation policy. Your signature on our waiver ensures that you have read over and understood the terms and conditions of our cancellation policy. Our waiver is located on our website, www.bloomonwillow.com, under the tab “Cancellation Policy”, labeled “Policy-Sign”. An appointment cannot be booked unless we have both a card on file and a signed waiver from you. At the time of making your appointment, if you are not able to place your card on file at that time, we will gladly give you twenty-four (24) hours to get your information into us; after the twenty-four (24) hours, we will have to let the appointment go back into the system for other clients. The twenty-four (24) hour window also applies to the signed waiver. 

CONFIRMATION TEXT

As a courtesy, we will TEXT you to confirm your service appointments seventy-two (72) hours prior to your appointment date. However, please know that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.

 CLIENTS RECEIVE DISCOUNTS WHEN SALON CANCELS

Bloom On Willow Salon stands by our policies, we feel that it is only fair that we honor the same policies to our clients. If for any reason the salon has to cancel on a client less than twenty-four (24) hours of the appointment scheduled, we will honor twenty percent (20%) off of your next service. However, if the cancellation is due to situations that are out of our hands such as  power outage, unfortunate incidents, etc… that require the salon to be closed during regular business hours, we will gladly reschedule your appointment. The twenty percent (20%) discount will not apply.
